I have been a guidance counselor with the Avon Lake City Schools since 1994 and appreciating the opportunity everyday. Prior to that I taught in the North Ridgeville City Schools and Parma City Schools working in the area of Special Education. I attended Bowling Green State University for my undergraduate degree and Cleveland State University for my Masters in Education specializing in School Counseling. During 2005 I achieved National Board Certification for School Guidance Counselors. On a more personal note my husband and I enjoy….walking, bike riding, hosting family visits, traveling to visit family, and savoring the quiet moments in life. We have six adult children and five grandchildren.
